I agree but here’s another thought. Along with upgrading your site, start selling now for next year. Too many people spend Nov and Dec planning, which is important, but some good old fashioned doing is critical. We talk about this every week at class http://www.infocusselling.com that an average plan supported by strong activity is a whole lot more successful than a great plan that you read from your armchair everyday.
So, if your plan is to redirect, great. Start your new contacts now and update your site at the same time. Unless your selling cycle is 24 hours, then what you do between today and Dec 31 will have a huge impact on your first quarter 2009.
